- 100 g Whole Grain Spelt Flour
- 60 ml Water or Milk
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
In a small bowl, add in all ingredients (spelt flour, baking powder and water). Gently mix the ingredients with your hands to get a dough.
Knead the dough and cut the dough into small pieces. Preheat oven to 180 °C.
Shape the dough pieces into walnut shape or long shapes. This is to ensure that your baby can easily grab his or her bread rolls.
Bake bread in the oven for about 10 minutes. Time may vary according to the properties of your oven. After baking, let the baby bread rolls cool down completely to prevent your baby from hurting.
